Meet Frances Fraser, Founder of Unbridled Leadership

I'm Frances, and I proudly founded Unbridled Leadership, an extraordinary Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) service. Embracing my true calling, I courageously ventured beyond my full-time teaching career with YRDSB to pursue my lifelong dream of connecting people and horses for personal growth.

Harnessing the profound wisdom of these remarkable creatures, I guide others in unlocking their communication style and leadership approach while fostering positive group dynamics and overall well-being.

In her role as an EAL facilitator, Frances employs a curriculum firmly grounded in research, emphasizing the significance of body language and social cues in the learning process.

Through EAL, Frances leverages her extensive educational background to promote well-being and mental health, champion equitable and inclusive teamwork, and empower ethical leadership among her participants.

When not in the company of horses, you may find Frances camping and canoeing with her wife, Beth, and their dogs, Indy and Ripley.

Alternatively, she might be skiing or spending quality time with their two adult daughters, Jasmine and Melanie, who share her passion for horses.
