What is Equine Assisted Learning?

What is EAL?

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) represents an experiential method for leadership and team development involving individuals collaborating directly with horses, which naturally impart lessons in effective communication, interpersonal skills, and critical reasoning.

Two men leading a chestnut horse inside a wooden horse riding arena. The men are holding lead ropes attached to the horse, with various obstacles and rails in the background.
Four women walking in a line inside a barn, holding hands and guiding a white spotted horse over a series of colorful poles on the ground. One woman is blindfolded, participating in an EAL team activity.

EAL is your solution.

Throughout EAL activities, horses provide candid and immediate feedback.

By attuning themselves to this feedback, participants attain a deeper understanding of their own communication style. With the facilitator's assistance, individuals become more self-aware and attuned to their social interactions, as well as their use of body language when engaging with friends, family, and colleagues.
